1.根据公司战略,制定年度目标和计划,制定并监督采购市场战略和具体方案实施;
2.分析跨境供应链市场,拓展潜在市场资源、建立战略合作伙伴以及优质供应商的开发、维护、跟踪及评估体系,合理控制采购成本;
3.通过内外部协调与联动,确保区域业务的一致性,提高采购业务工作效率;
4.负责精英采购团队的管理与培训,以及国际采购项目的监控、支持和协调;赋能各国营运团队,促进向上销售与采购服务的可持续增长;
5.探索与B2B供应商多方合作,协助公司开辟新的销售渠道;
