岗位职责:
1、主导跨境物流客户系统建档,协助客户发货、跟进物流状态并监督时效;
2、协助销售团队开发与维护客户关系;跨部门沟通与合作,强化与客户的沟通,同时完善与优化内部流程;
3、收集整理客户反馈,协助梳理与制定客户服务标准并实施;
4、对接内外部需求,协助客户运营管理相关项目的推行。
