岗位职责:
● 按照公司运营流程,负责监控跨境物流出口业务,包括但不仅限于:现有头程与仓库揽收与库内操作、转运、出口等;
● 根据产品与服务标准,结合公司具体业务情况,梳理、制定、实施标准操作流程SOP,监控各项关键指标 KPI 的达成情况;
● 参与物流服务商的筛选与评估,确保将业务运营具备充足与优质的资源部署,促进跨境物流业务的顺利推进;
● 抓取与分析日常运营数据,关键指标 KPI 达成跟进、问题归集与反馈等,按时提交业务报表;
● 协调跨部门的沟通与合作,协助制定运营方案与行动计划,支持运营环节质量监控,从中发现和改善操作中的质量及偏差与异常问题,提供可行性改善方案并推进落地,优化流程;
● 协调并支持运营经理解决供应商问题和纠纷,协助管理供应商合同;
