岗位职责:监督日常采购运作;监控采购跟单团队的绩效,主动发现流程、效率问题并提出解决方案;保持跟各部门密切沟通,保证订单顺利进行;向Operation head定期呈现业绩报告;带领和发展团队,组织并监督采购团队工作流程;促进高绩效和持续改进的团队文化,重视对项目质量与产出的承诺;协助Operation head如有任何日常需要
