岗位职责：监督日常采购运作；监控采购跟单团队的绩效，主动发现流程、效率问题并提出解决方案；保持跟各部门密切沟通，保证订单顺利进行；向Operation head定期呈现业绩报告；带领和发展团队，组织并监督采购团队工作流程；促进高绩效和持续改进的团队文化，重视对项目质量与产出的承诺；协助Operation head如有任何日常需要
