Job Description:
The Area Manager shall support the on-ground project management for fleet and launching expansion ensuring sufficient resources and operability within the set target timeline.
The Area Manager shall also manage the hub operations within assigned areas by meeting the desired hub health and promptly resolving operational gaps and ensure all hubs are aligned and compliant with the company protocols, strategies and directives.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in any field
Experience in Logistics or Ecommerce industry is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Cash and Resource management skills
Geographical knowledge or familiarity of the assigned region
With Data and Metrics Interpretation skill
Above average proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets
Excellent in data processing and analysis
Can build rapport with riders, drivers, station officers/heads and mid-level managers.
Willing to travel
