The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is tasked with driving improvements in financial and operational performance, delivering data-driven insights to support actionable strategies, and providing accurate earnings guidance based on insights gathered from the ground. The team works closely with senior management and local operation teams to drive spend-efficient growth across the region.

In the Financial Planning & Analysis role, you will be exposed to our finance operations. You will be supporting financial planning efforts, including forecasting and reporting in addition to driving strategic decisions with your expertise.

What you will do

Response for Monthly P&L report
Work with key stakeholders to understand their operational structure and how to optimize and provide financial insight
Provide analysis between current plans, forecasts and actuals to develop sound financial advice for key stakeholders that can be implemented operationally
Work with internal stakeholders to brainstorm, plan, develop, design improvement process from scoping, resources allocation, scheduling, to implementation and feedback loop in term of Cost analysis
Support, coordinate and roll-out product initiatives from FPA Regional or locally that contribute country to be more precise with Cost and Budgeting
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas from top line to bottom line of financial statement of the company
Monitor, highlight and analyze causes of unexpected variance of the related BU vs target on a timely basis or ad-hoc requirement
Coordinate and manage to develop yearly strategic plan, budgeting including monthly dynamic financial forecasting (DF) and model tools to work with local finance team
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis including prepare presentation package when requested
Develop financial analysis model to support strategic initiatives
Work with business process improvement team to drive for best practice sharing within finance organization to standardize the working process for better analysis results
Lead and support team to collect the right data, Design data visualization and Response data verification and accuracy
Build data visualization and maintenance reports as historical information

What you will need

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science or Engineering Field
At least 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance / operational FP&A at either a high-growth tech startup, Big 4 accounting firms or a large, well-established manufacturing / product company
Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Phenomenal excel and powerpoint skills and possess the gift of presenting data in a simple yet comprehensive manner
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Excellent communication and people skills
Systems - working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems i.e. Netsuite, SAP, Hyperion, Oracle
Result-driven with excellent analytical, problem analysis and critical thinking skills
Performing under pressure
Fluency in English is required
