We are searching for a strategic, savvy, and experienced Performance Marketing Senior Associate for the Singapore market. You will oversee the development and execution of a data-driven performance marketing strategy for Ninja Van Singapore – responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of effective go-to-market paid media strategies that deliver on business KPIs (including branding, customer acquisition and lead generation).
The role, working alongside multiple key stakeholders – including brand, email, social media marketing, and product team members – reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. You will also work closely with the regional Centre of Excellence (COE) and have the opportunity to network and partner with key peers in our markets around the region.
You will be empowered to drive customers’ behaviours through effective digital marketing strategies through analysis of both internal and external reports. You must be comfortable with data analysis and draw out key insights to optimise campaign performance and drive key KPIs for the business.
