Key Accountabilities:
Manage Chinese clients’ fulfilment requirements and monitor countries’ progress
Ensure that countries onboard and meet service standard requirement
Productise service for Chinese clients together with Regional Fulfilment team
Fulfilment sales pitch to support sales team
Key Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong communication ability across different cultures
Fluent in Chinese listening, reading and writing, in English reading and writing
Customer orientation and ability to communicate effectively,
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle difficult queries & personalities patiently
